an opportunistic trading program that seeks to meet the long/short investment objectives. Each of
the three prongs will be complemented by an ongoing technical analysis overlay. Hilltop Park employs the same method of analysis for its long-only security recommendations that are provided to the NDAs. In addition, a number of the risks described below generally also apply to the NDAs.
